Vitaly Friedmans Notebook: List of nifty tools for drawing diagrams, charts and flow-charts Not only is this an excellent list of tools, the author provides links to a few tutorials. As Friedman points out: “it is essential to make sure the customer understands which advantages you are actually offering and why this or that layout and markup are better for a given web-project.” While his focus is on web development this is true for all developer-customer relationships; diagrams can be a powerful tool.

CSS examples a set of very nice CSS demos showing a variety of effects. I learned something just by looking.
